INTRODUCTION TO WILD FRONTIERS SAFARIS, UGANDA Wild Frontiers Uganda was established in 1996 under the operational company G&C Tours Ltd. An opportunity in the marketplace for quality, professionally guided, camping and accommodated safaris and specialist safaris such as birding and sport fishing as well as establishing a tented camp on Ngamba Island on Lake Victoria, Wilderness Camp in Queen Elizabeth National park and lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for gorilla trekking The latest venture in 2008 is the introduction of a Boat Safari operation in Murchison Falls National Park catering for river trips and sport fishing has seen the company evolve into one of Uganda's leading tour operators. Wild Frontiers Uganda is a full and active member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators and has an active Responsible Tourism Policy. Operations are based in Entebbe, and the staff are a well chosen team of local experienced individuals who are managed by Paul and Jane Goldring, co-owners of the company.
WILDLIFE SAFARIS Our safaris offered include scheduled tours with small groups, private fully inclusive tours for individuals or groups or specialist visitors who require something tailormade to suit their preferences. 	MURCHISON FALLS BOAT CRUISES Imagine watching elephant, buffalo and crocodile close-up from the safety of your boat as you cruise gently upstream to the foot of the magnificent Murchison Falls. FISHING SAFARIS Since 1997 when we launched our first boat in Uganda, we have spent months on the Lake Victoria, with fishermen from all over the world (such as John Wilson, one of UK’s top anglers), catching monster Nile perch. Our time spent up on the Nile river at Murchison Falls has seen many record fish landed and released gain back to the river. We’ve even been along the Nile into Sudan in search of the best spots, and have found them!!!. We encourage the catch and release policy for all our fishing trips. 	NGAMBA ISLAND EXCURSIONS Experience a rare and incredible opportunity to view and interact with chimpanzees in a near-wild setting while helping to conserve their precious habitat and contribute to the conservation of their species. Ngamba Island is part of the Koome group of islands located on Lake Victoria 23km south of Entebbe, Uganda.
