Uganda Safaris with Wild Frontiers
We are proud to operate in Uganda, one of East Africa’s fastest growing and most exciting, diversified safari destinations offering year round opportunities for tourism. Uganda offers numerous opportunities to experience the safari of a lifetime; primate viewing such as tracking wild Mountain Gorillas or Chimpanzees through the rain forests. Big game safaris on the savannah, amazing bird watching, fishing the river Nile at Murchison Falls National Park or Lake Victoria. Climbing to the snow in the Mountains of the Moon, rafting the Nile river at its wildest, or experiencing the breath-taking landscapes and warm, welcoming culture of Uganda; it is all possible with Wild Frontiers Uganda Safaris.
With over 20 years of operation in Uganda and over 30 years of combined safari experience under our belt, Wild Frontiers is one of Uganda’s longest established and premier safari companies. From humble beginnings of one safari guide and his landcruiser (read more about our history), Wild Frontiers Uganda has grown from strength to strength to now operate fully inclusive services with safaris, lodges and boating facilities around Uganda.
As a tourism stakeholder we believe in low impact tourism to conserve Uganda’s wildlife and heritage for future generations to enjoy. With our understanding and shared passion for biodiversity, our active Responsible Tourism Policy supported by our Future Generations Trust consciously and actively aims to protect the surrounding communities and wildlife areas in which we operate daily.
Our tours are centered around experiencing, viewing and photographing wildlife – but with as little impact on the wildlife and environment as possible. We also operate tours involving community activities and we aim to ensure they are authentic and noninvasive as possible for the people involved.
Wild Frontiers Uganda is a full and active member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators and has an active Responsible Tourism Policy.
